As a consultant, I collaborate with teams to analyze complex business challenges and deliver data-driven recommendations for clients. For the University of Wisconsin–Madison Athletics, I analyze $64.4M in donor funding and donor behavior data to identify giving trends and develop strategies to strengthen brand positioning and increase donor acquisition. Previously, while consulting for Knowt, I developed pricing and attendance projections for 12 campus events by estimating participation rates and resources, and analyzed engagement data to forecast average attendance of 300+ students per event while optimizing ambassador allocation.

A+ Avenue is a start-up tutoring agency that teaches students around the United States. We offer many courses in mathematics ranging from elementary math to college mathematics. I use my own knowledge of Algebra to Calculus to teach children advanced topics and make sure they are on their way to an A in their classes. My peers work in A+ Avenue by tutoring, creating websites, and marketing to generate new leads.

As a dedicated instructor, I teach individuals of many ages how to swim, focusing on safety in the water, proper stroke techniques, and the ability to enter the water confidently. Some of my tasks are creating personalized lesson plans for every class I have to meet the needs of the students in the class. By doing so, I am able to maximize the attention span of the students and encourage a supportive educational experience for all.

As a certified lifeguard, I was tasked with keeping every club member safe in and out of the water. Some of my responsibilities were monitoring the environment on land and in the water, performing water rescues, administering first aid, and enforcing safety regulations. By conducting these tasks, I have developed a sense of attention to details, communication, quick thinking, and teamwork.

As an intern at Wisdom InfoTech, my duties were to annotate and categorize multiple varieties of foot shapes tracking key features and measurements to develop the computer model. Collaborated with developers to split tasks and optimize machine learning algorithms. Assisting in refining the computer model by ensuring precise foot shape identification.

As a Crew Member at McDonald's, I gained experience in an environment that is fast-paced and focused on serving customers. My roles were to manage food, handle cash as well as orders, and maintain a clean environment. I was able to develop strong communication and teamwork skills allowing myself to collaborate with other crew members and create greater customer satisfaction.
