September 2013 – December 2014 Prince Fawaz Housing Project (500M SR) • Managed a 2.7M SQM enabling and infrastructure project divided into 4 zones, delivered in 24 months. • Directed enabling work, including 4M SQM of earth cutting and 3.85M SQM of backfill. • Oversaw roads and sidewalks construction across the project. • Supervised MEP infrastructure: sewer, storm drainage, potable water, electrical systems, and fiber optics. • Managed irrigation and landscaping to prepare for the housing project. September 2011 – September 2013 North Corniche Development Project (180M SR + 18M in variation work) • Directed the redevelopment of 4 KM of landscape, hardscape, and road construction. • Oversaw demolition of existing structures and installation of new infrastructure, including storm drainage, sewer lines, and fiber-optic cables. • Managed the creation of 3 sea viewpoints, 30 fountains, and 75,000 SQM of green areas. • Installed 90,000 SQM of granite tiles and 2000 LM of rust-resistant handrails. • Supervised construction of 7 playgrounds with imported materials and new road profiles. • Delivered parking for 900 cars, 10 restroom buildings, and 9 kiosks. October 2010 – June 2012 Female College Building – King Abdul-Aziz University (42M SR) • Delivered a 13,500 SQM building in 14 months. • Constructed 32 classrooms (46-student capacity), 12 labs, and 60 offices. • Built auxiliary facilities: mosque, kitchens, restrooms, and a 125 SQM skylight. • Integrated hollow-core roofing, pre-cast cladding, and modern MEP systems. • Installed central air-conditioning, fire safety, sound systems, and internet/data networks.

• Managed construction of five 50-bed hospitals in Jeddah, Khulais, and Taif, covering architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC works, including medical equipment. • Oversaw the construction of a 19,500 SQM, 3-floor outpatient building for the Ministry of Defense in Jeddah. • Supervised the development of a 5-floor Educational Training Centre at King Fahd Military Hospital in Jeddah.

• Site Manager for the Lebanese University Educational Complex at Hadath, Beirut. • Managed the construction of a sports complex, including football and basketball fields, swimming and diving pools, and green fields with curbs, ramps, and stairs. • Oversaw site work for a 46,800 SQM area, including curbs, ramps, stairs, top screed, agriculture, retaining walls, asphalt, and backfill.

Designed and constructed the 5 Cedres Hotel, overseeing both design and on-site execution.
