Duties & Responsibilities: - Checking with suppliers that goods are ready for despatch - Booking trucks/containers - Chasing suppliers/hauliers - Booking in deliveries with customers/cold stores - Checking deliveries into stock to ensure correct quantity received - Raising sales invoices/credit notes/debit notes - Checking and passing of purchase/freight/storage invoices - Obtaining freight quotes - General supplier/customer/haulier liaison when required - Keeping weekly record of all jobs - Filling - Imputing contracts onto the company system for deals passed by traders - Receiving orders directly from customers - Ensuring all customers/suppliers queries are resolved - Arranging delivery schedules with suppliers - Any other ad hoc administrative duties as required

Duties & Responsibilities: Dealing with all day to day queries, resolving stock issues, conducting PI and dealing with customer and management queries, ensuring that targets are met in accordance with Company requirements and plans. Ensure that all stock is processed accurately and in a timely manner onto a WMS system Maintaining records as directed by the Shift Manager and carrying out other duties as directed by the Shift Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for driving an Ergonomic Picking Mobile (EPM), making and preparing orders as well as controlling stocks as requested by the Warehouse Manager. Daily unloading of delivery vehicles, checking orders, transferring goods to storage areas and ensuring accuracy in all paperwork and delivery quantities. Locating and storing goods in order to keep shelves fully stocked at all times of the day. Carrying out QC checks, counting and recording stock figures. Communicating effectively with colleagues, managers, warehouse and depot staff.

Duties & Responsibilities: Manages goods in and out of the warehouse, whilst undertaking my duties I ensure it is with a professional approach and an eye to detail, all in adhering to Health & Safety Policies and Procedures. Signing and co-signing delivery notes, documenting and reporting broken goods. Total responsibility for the Packing of products for dispatch, storages of goods (perishable and non-perishable) and prepare products for further distribution. Ensure all products have been sorted and stored within the suitable environment conditions for each item, load products to delivery vehicle and receiving new goods for storing making sure all products are computerised check.
