From there, I transitioned to CTO, where I led the development of the Czech Republic’s first autonomous car and our groundbreaking teleoperation systems, before eventually stepping into the role of CEO. This technical foundation is a great asset to me. It allows me to bridge the gap between business objectives and engineering reality.
