• Responsibility for the supplier management process and quality assurance of deliveries in accordance with established quality criteria and created control methods to analyze product quality. • Contact with suppliers and customers regarding the quality of delivered components and drawing changes, mainly cooperation with companies located in France, Germany and Italy. • Management of supplier's nonconformity: - supervision over the 8D report in order to immediately protect us and our client against the delivery of finished products with a defective component, correct detection of the root cause of the problem, monitoring, assessment and optimization of the implementation of corrective actions in order to eliminate the problem in the future. - Ordering and managing the selection or repair of a component with the creation of inspection documents and the preparation of specialized equipment. - Block warehouse management - Noncoformity cost calculation • Cooperation with the new project department and quality support in the implementation of new projects - PPAP approval of the supplier - approval of components for mass production, creation of instructions, assortment adequate control and measurement equipment based on technical drawing and customer requirements for a new project. • Internal audits - process audits, procedure audit, workstation audits. • Supervision and validation of control and measurement devices, internally validated on the basis of the created program and sending devices to certified external laboratories and approval of devices on the basis of certificates in accordance with applicable standards and requirements. • Participation in the activity of teams solving quality problems, participation in the analysis and reduction of quality costs, improvement of production processes and preparation of reports, presentations and analyzes.

• Customer service in warehouse system (RedPrairie) and transport system (BluJay Solutions), • Correspondence between company departments in Europe, • Completing delivery reports, • Defining new products and marketing orders, • Verification of safety data sheets for hazardous products (ADR), • Vrification of returns,

• Analysis of quality management system requirements, • Development of corrective actions for non-conformities in the quality management system, • Development of quality management system procedures

Work with the use of conventional technological machines (lathe, milling machine, drill machine), devices and tools for cold metalworking (saw, grinder, press, flat file, screw tap) as well as preparation and anti-corrosion protection of steel structures (sandblasting, grinding, painting, spray painting) in accordance with the obligations: • Performing works in the field of renovation and modernization of the client's industrial equipment in the workshop, • Performing repairs and inspections of industrial equipment at the customer's site as part of the service, • Inspection, maintenance and checking of the company's machines and devices, • Solving technical problems and removing failures, • Performing planned inspections and maintenance of production stations, • Quality control of the work performed in accordance with the quality plan, • Keeping work reports
