Responsible for the management, recruitment and development of the Australian Key Client team and NSW direct sales team and delivering volume and yield targets through actively coaching sales teams on account strategies, proposal development, negotiations and service delivery.

Whilst still acting in the Sales Executive role, I took on a number of other responsibilities as Assistant Manager, such as the export customer service team, accounts receivable and the day to day management of the sales support function.

Responsible for delivering targets for personal account base of 150 import and export customers, and ensuring the the development of strong multi level relationships with new and existing customers. Focus on the ongoing management and development of personal sales pipeline and maintenance of customer forecasting.
