Key achievements: - Rebranded Penrith Solar Centre to PSC Energy to reflect our evolution into a full-service clean energy provider—focused on helping Australians produce, store and consume their own energy. - Grew the business from a local installer to a nationally recognised clean energy leader, known for its technical expertise, premium systems, and customer-first approach. - Built an in-house installation team of qualified electricians—ensuring every system is installed to the highest standard with safety, compliance, and performance at the core. - Built and mentored a high-performance team across operations, technical sales, marketing, and installations, with a focus on internal training and values-aligned hiring. - Implemented scalable systems and processes to support national growth, including full platform integrations and customer education frameworks. - Led the business through market challenges, including rebate scheme changes, supply constraints, and shifting consumer expectations—without compromising on quality or care. - Cultivated a strong company culture grounded in transparency, integrity, and doing things right the first time.
