(1) Equipped employees with guidelines on how to perform robust & adequate Technical Evaluations (2) Identified and recommended corrective actions to avoid inadequacies & re-work ➢ Innovation & Process Improvement – Created database to objectively estimate Repair Costs for Aircraft Parts and Systems. This new resource enables GA-ASI to effectively compare supplier proposed repair costs with historical repair data to establish price reasonableness. ➢ Innovation & Process Improvement – Produced standardized development plan to accelerate Employee Onboarding & Training of new PCA hires: (1) Created PowerPoint introductory package for presentation to new hires for overview of the Price/Cost Analysis process and the organization’s internal/external involvement.
