* Install, maintain, and troubleshoot multiple Nortel TDMA, CDMA, and EVDO cell sites in region, as well as power plants, battery plants, HVAC units, multiplexors, microwave radios, switching equipment, and copper/fiber telco connections. * Receive, investigate, resolve and track trouble tickets by coordinating work with customers, internal departments, NOC, multiple telco vendors, and various support companies to ensure network and cell sites are operational. * On call and night work as needed to minimize site outages and optimize equipment. * Maintain network documentation and records of supply, inventory, repair and returned items related to switch/cell site equipment and new cell construction.

* Collect and evaluate price quotes; order, coordinate, and track all telco and microwave facilities for cellular network, retail, and administrative offices. * Design, monitor, and analyze equipment for optimization, utilization, forecasting, new cell site turn-up, and PSTN interconnection facilities. * Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems related to the network in conjunction with Network Service Center. * Maintain inventory database of all circuits and trunks between switches.

* Resolve complex/escalated customer problems and/or questions, maintain market quality standards. * Interface with customers, gather customer information and analyze customer needs and appropriate solutions. * Negotiate changes in wireless services while retaining customer business and minimizing churn.

* Formulate and manage capital budget. * Design point to point MW hops, coordinate frequencies, FCC filings, equipment ordering, delivery, and installation. * Design and implement cellular voice, 1x, 3G (CDMA), and 4G (LTE) data network overlays and capacity growth with fiber, microwave, and mux integration. * Evaluate, trial, and implement next generation of IP MW radios.
