In-Office Production Assistant serving as a resource to Executive Producers, Writers, Directors and Talent on season 1 of "The Grinder"

Responsibilities for Untitled NBC/Universal Pilot included on-set production support during physical production, working on pre-packaged video segments shot on location on the Universal lot, taking notes in production meetings, wrangling talent and working closely with the show’s executive producers and writers on an as-needed basis.

Supported Los Angeles-based television production company in all facets of business including setting network pitch meetings, reviewing sizzle reels submitted by third parties, taking notes in development meetings, sitting in on pitches, maintaining office equipment and supporting the administrative staff.

Production Assistant on the Onion News Network. Worked with the Chief Engineer setting up HD cameras, lighting for the green screen stages and edit stations. Worked with Studio Archivist to digitize the 30+ years of accumulated music in the EUE/Screengems library.

Production Assistant on season 1 of Stephen King’s “Under the Dome.” Responsibilities included supporting directors, script supervisors and camera crew.

Participated in the evaluation of new artists/potential new clients. Worked with team assessing/developing marketing strategies for new iPhone application. Developed draft marketing approaches that matched music assets to possible outlets.
