Peninsula Plastics is where I have cultivated a deep desire to gain knowledge and experience in the injection molding industry. Penplast has given me the opportunity to explore and develop the skills and knowledge that is required to excel in the plastics industry. It is my responsibility to; Oversee all new jobs by providing: - Processing recommendations, - Developing packaging systems, - Recording machine parameters, - Submitting claims through The Canadian Scientific Research and Experimental Development Tax Incentive Program (SR&ED) - Continually improving the cycle times of jobs Improving workflow of plant through means of: - Implementing a new Enterprise Research Planning (ERP) software - Rearranging and organizing employee roles and responsibilities - Providing new technology to replace existing employee tasks - Developing strategies to improve the movement of raw materials through plant production Maintain plant production by fixing mechanical and electrical malfunctions within the plant. Maintain and develop preventative maintenance strategies on all company assets

My position at Outland Reforestation provided a learning opportunity to develop key performance enhancing characteristics that have helped advance my career in project management. These characteristics include and are not limited too effective leadership qualities, self determination and communication skills. Listed below are some of the many resposibilites I would Perform on a daily basis. -Interviewed 16 different tree planters to plant trees under my supervision -Organized the workflow of tree planting in designated hectares of land to be replanted. -Provided training to new planters -Maintained quality specifications of planted trees -Maintained safety regulations enforced by clients -Organized daily transportation of employees to job sights -Provided radio communication to tree deliverers and other foreman
