Split all expenses and revenues between two day care centers to determine individual profits. Observed all steps in the process of the church's $19.5 M debt restructure, learning several characteristics of bonds. Created and presented marketing plan for the church's two day care centers using research and data. Sat in on multiple board meetings to gain an understanding of the differing traits among conferences.

Developed a complete 20 page business plan with group of 3 for a miniature golf course in Montgomery County, and presented to venture capitalists. Analyzed causes for success in start-up businesses through on-site visits. Worked as a consultant in a group of 14 to organize a 5K race in the Crawfordsville area, developing partnerships with businesses and events in the community. Examined case studies to learn the infrastructure of businesses of all sizes, such as Rang Rover and Nantucket Nectars.

Manage client expectations related to break resolution and ad-hoc analysis. Act as a liaison between Clients, Shared Service Groups, and Prime Brokers to ensure communication levels are at their highest. Continually optimizing support structure by identifying process improvement opportunities, and working with Shared Service Groups and the client to implement solutions. Identifying and transitioning processes to our offshore support groups and managing offshore during implantation and follow up reviews. Mitigate risk by performing monthly reporting regarding aged breaks and communicating reports to Clients. Work with the implementation group to assist transitioning new clients onto the operating platform.

New hire training for property and casualty departments and learned how to use claims software. Partnered with all departments to manage claims and use large spreadsheets to notify clients about financial payments. Participated in two corporate service functions (Serve With Liberty) volunteering time to help several local charities.

Create, manage, and operate a $500K budget learning money management skills. Record all transactions for payments and purchases developing strong Microsoft Excel skills. Mitigate risk by procuring a house debit card and analyzing issues with daily house procedures.

Analyzing medical records to evaluate each case, and utilizing the evaluation to deliver case merit and value to customers and attorneys, bringing the claim to resolution and final settlement. Awarded Quarter 1 best improvement suggestion involving a new procedure for faster claim settlements. Given 13 service awards in 2016 for contributions to my department, proactive file handling skills, and always being available to assist my peers. Activities and Societies: Chairman/Treasurer SCAC (elected): Manage $280k budget for the year for several school sanctioned events. Manage other members to help organize functions such as concerts, casino nights, and guest speakers. Activities Director for College Mentors For Kids: Organizing activities for 40 children and 40 college students. Events involve lessons from college professors and taking the group to Pacers games. Member of the Sphinx Club
