As Managing Director, UK & Europe at Themis, I lead Themis's UK and European growth. Themis is an AI-powered risk intelligence platform for private capital, enabling faster and better decisions in a market where regulatory pressure is converting financial crime risk from a periodic compliance check into a board-level liability question. The platform is purpose-built for that environment. Before Themis, I spent fifteen years in Asia. I was a founding partner of Cassia Investments, a consumer private equity fund investing across China and Southeast Asia, and went on to found several companies. I joined Themis from J Goodwin and Co, where I was a Partner advising later-stage technology companies on capital raising and M&A.
