Singtel Innov8 is a corporate venture capital fund with its own set of decision-making, approval and funding processes. It has a fund size of US$250 million, with presence in Singapore, Silicon Valley, Australia, Tel Aviv and other markets. Innov8 focuses its investments on technologies and solutions that lead to quantum changes in network capabilities, next-generation devices, digital content services and enablers to enhance customer experience. It works closely with the ecosystem of leading innovators, developers, government agencies, R&D and capital providers to bring cutting-edge technologies and solutions to the various markets the Singtel Group operates in.

• Worked closely with CTO to improve the user-friendliness of the firm’s automated data analytics products • Developed plan for expanding ML capabilities and created review of industry lending analytics capabilities

• Conducted market research for healthcare within Asia in preparation of a potential acquisition of eMids • Developed financial modelling skills through Training the Street program and performed DCF, Trading, and Transaction analysis on several portfolio companies • Built a long thesis for Spotify based on the company’s low churn, hybrid free/premium model, and competitive unit economics with target price of $180 and a 10-20% upside range

Responsible for maintaining and improving the security of arms, ammunition and the area for 4th Battalion (~ 700 soldiers). • Successfully completed the Intelligence Officers’ Course and Battalion S2 Course (6 major planning exercises) • Designed and executed rigorous security check protocols in offices and armories, achieving a Band 1 security rating

Cadet Wing Commander & Exercise Platoon Sergeant for Bravo Wing (~65 people) Participated in 40+ outfield exercises, including overseas training. Worked closely with Dr. Towfique Raj to complete research project entitled “Unbiased discovery of RNA Binding Proteins involved in Alzheimer’s brains”. Utilized Python and R for data visualization. Presented research to an audience of ~100 people at Choate Rosemary Hall, wrote scientific review entitled: “The use of GWAS to further understand Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Disease”
