Selection & Development of new vendors for Building materials. Floating enquiries & follow up for obtaining quotations, preparing comparative statements. Getting rate approvals from HOD. Preparing Purchase Orders through ERP (High-rise Software). Maintaining records of Indent requisitions and Purchase Orders to help in generating MIS reports. Co-ordination with sites and vendors to ensure timely delivery of material and obtaining various reports from sites. Thorough checking of supplier’s bill for commercial terms & conditions. Providing rate approval to contractors for major items. Visiting sites regularly to assess the actual application of material.
