Responsible of the area of Human Resources Management in the processes of recruitment, hiring, induction, appraisal and personnel development, updating and implementation of procedures for the Human Resources, focusing on the new competition model proposed by the executive vice president, modification profiling company officials adapting to the new model, this with the monitoring and review of quality management area, presentation and supporting the new model to ICONTEC auditor to achieve ISO 9001 certification additional assistance to the vice executive in commercial, strategic planning and monitoring the achievement of the objectives by the manager of the air units and organizational processes.
