Project: Supervised and assisted the refurbishment of Hitachi Japan manufactured 45,000 defective brake callipers. Reviewed and reported torque and quality data of remodelled brake calipers from China and collaborated with Quality Engineers from Hitachi Japan, France, Poland and Portugal. Co-ordinated  and helped the Kaizen team setup multiple stations to repair calipers in an effecient and safe manner.
