Human Resources Business Partner for the Transportation Area in Telvent. Generalist Human Resources Role.

Human Capital Management Business Partner. HR generalist supporting the Service Area in Gamesa with 900 employees nationally and internationally, in charge of Operation and Maintenance of the Wind farms World-Wide. Main responsibilities: -Recruitment of different profiles in Gamesa Services Area (Engineering, Maintenance etc) in different geographical areas (Europe, North Africa and LATAM mainly) -Management of different functions as HR generalist (training, development, compensation and conflict management). -Budgeting template and personnel costs. -Experience as interlocutor of Directors, Country Managers and Project Managers of great weight in the Company. -HR focal point for Business Units for all evaluations, decisions and organizational development. -Responsible for leading and implementing the performance appraisal process, valuation processes Talent management and succession plans. -Relations with trade unions Gamesa Services, Pact negotiations profesional categorization etc. -Coordination of subcontractors for various functions of Human Capital Management.

Main responsibilities: - Detection of customer needs and offers elaboration. - Analysis and design of projects to undertake. - Perform project budgets and show them to the client. - Recruitment of middle managers and executives. - Competence Management Projects. - Detection of training needs and development of the Training Plan. - Delivery of specific training sessions: Latest one: "Knowledge Management" - Design Job Descriptions for different companies. - Analysis and development of different Organizational Charts - Design and implementation of performance evaluation systems. - Processing of subsidies and grants for Organization and People Development projects. - Recruitment by direct search. - Collaboration in designing strategic plans according to the methodology of Balanced Scorecard. Project: Temporary HR Management of the. National Center for Food Safety and Technology (CNTA).

HR functions with particular attention to the training and recruitmet ares since April 2006 as Head of Training for a workforce of 824 employees: - Elaboration of the Banco Urquijo´s Training Plan. - Control and monitoring of the training budget. - Management training. - Control of the Training indicators. - Participation in the GREF (Training Managers Group Financial Institutions). - One person in training period under my supervision. From September 2006 as consequence of the acquisition of Banco Urquijo by Banco Sabadell for two months I was working at Banco Sabadell in the project of design and implementation of the Training Plan for the Integration of Banco Urquijo and Banco Sabadell.

Functions: customer relations, market surveying: targeting companies, direct search for candidates, reporting, interviews, etc. Experience recruiting for several sectors.
