• Develop and maintain annual budget for six RTW collections, childrenswear and accessories • Manage the execution of all aspects of Domestic and International production • Issue all bulk PO’s and approve all lab dips, bulk cuttings, and fabric trials prior to moving to production • Run collection pre-fit meetings with merchandising team to analyze changes from sample to production • Work with European and Asian mills to redevelop fabrics to meet desired price point • Create development and production calendar to ensure all fabric orders are issued to meet shipping deadlines • Oversee cutting room and track all seasonal and recurring fabric shipments from mills • Report up-to-date monthly fabric and trim inventory to President and sell off excess inventory

 Manage the production team and partner closely with Sales and Design team  Cost and spec each garment to determine the market price and target retail margin  Collaborate with design team to redevelop garments to meet targeted price point  Daily management of relationships with all Domestic and International factories and partners  Oversee patternmakers and the entire fit process to ensure fit is correct based on approved specs
