Jaime Licairac

As a senior executive with over 27 years of experience in international business, I bring a strong track record in driving growth, attracting investment, and leading complex organizations across both the public and private sectors. I currently serve as General Manager of Nigua Free Zone, where I lead the park’s expansion and strategic positioning as a key hub for industrial development, investment attraction, and export activity in the Dominican Republic. Prior to this, I served as Chief Financial Officer at Seguro Nacional de Salud (SeNaSa), overseeing the institution’s financial strategy and operations. I also held the role of Export Director at ProDominicana, where I led national efforts to promote exports across multiple sectors, additionally, I served for seven years on the Board of Directors of CCI Puesto de Bolsa, contributing to its strategic direction and sustained growth. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from INTEC, a Postgraduate degree in International Economics and Business from the Universitat de Barcelona, and executive training in Corporate Governance from Barna Management School. I'm currently pursuing a Master’s degree in General Management. I am focused on building long-term value through disciplined execution, strategic partnerships, and results-driven leadership.
