1. Overseeing all procurement and facilities management operations across the Asia Pacific Region. 2. Collaborating with global category managers to ensure the successful execution of an integrated and customer-aligned category strategy in each local market.

1. Implementing procurement strategies for data center and server hardware categories, including but not limited to HDD/SSD, MME, NIC, CPU, GPU, and more. 2. Conducting comprehensive analysis for category management strategies. 3. Serveing as the business collaboration representative for partnerships with Intel, AMD, and Nvidia.

1. Managing the global supply chain for turbine production parts, ensuring seamless integration and delivery across multiple regions. 2. Overseeing New Product Introduction (NPI) planning and material control, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and quality standards. 3. Leading vendor management efforts, cultivating strong supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with company standards, with a reporting line to the UK to align with strategic objectives.

1. Coordinating global demand fulfillment and shortage management for DELL consumer notebooks. 2. Leading daily operations meetings with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) to address material issues and implement recovery plans until resolution. 3. Conducting interlock meetings with EMEA and APCC teams, collaborating with SCPs and GSM to ensure continuity of supply for mechanical parts and manage DSI levels.

1. Overseeing project purchasing management, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement to support project milestones. 2. Managing end-to-end Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) procurement processes to maintain seamless operational functionality. 3. Leading and mentor a procurement team, driving strategic cost-saving initiatives and optimizing supplier performance to achieve organizational objectives.
