• Contributed to MoLES³ - a mobile rover for lunar excavation and beneficiation, integrating low-force regolith collection and particle size separation via a vibrating sieve for in-situ oxygen extraction.

• Designed and implemented a Python-based automated testing system for signal conditioners by enabling direct control of a function generator and digital multimeter, reducing testing time from 5 hours to 15 minutes. • Identified a replacement for obsolete signal conditioners in the Single Aisle and Long-Range Landing Gear Test Integration facility by evaluating three models through a custom-built automated system. Conducted validation tests to ensure compliance with functional and performance requirements, accelerating the facility upgrade by 12 months. • Designed, prototyped, and assembled a microcontroller-based automated testing device for avionics interface cards by incorporating hardware simulations, software development, and PCB design, reducing testing time from 3 hours to 10 minutes. • Developed a PCB-based Loopback module for ARINC429 channel testing on AMCX429 cards by applying Agile development principles and collaborating with the Test Management System team to define requirements, select components, and optimize the design – improving reliability, removing bottlenecks, and increasing testing flexibility. • Led the automation of simulation and flight test data processing and visualization using Python, reducing analysis time and supporting certification of the L80A Flight Warning System integration with the A380's Fuel Quantity Management System, as well as in-service testing. • Created AutoCAD wiring diagrams for the A350 LG0 Test Integration facility by mapping connections between test bench rig computers and avionic components, enabling quick issue resolution and minimizing testing downtime. • Liaised with international focal points and technical leads to manage over £500,000 in Small Capex procurement – aligning financial priorities with operational needs to accelerate project timelines by up to 4 weeks.

• Collaborated with a team of 12 engineers, gaining firsthand insights into industry processes and project lifecycles across 8 departments, including Robotics, Technology Development, and Engineering Design. • Strengthened workplace communication, coordination, and commercial awareness while training in a fast-paced professional environment. • Learned how the Kaizen method improves assembly lines by increasing production rates while maintaining quality control standards. • Converted conceptual ideas into detailed 3D models using SolidWorks and Fusion 360, bridging design and manufacturability.
