Jaideep Khare

Worked as Silicon Design Engineer in Networking and Data Center division of AMD. My work spanned RTL design & verification for hardware IPs (both ASIC and FPGA) as part of the NVMe & RoCE IPs team.

As part of the founding team, my role at humit revolved around the Growth & Marketing front, wherein I planned, designed and coordinated to create videos, run campaigns, and design user interaction elements. My contributions to the engineering team included designing end-to-end features in-app that created custom shareable videos & image elements from backend script. My initial work at AMat involved working with the Signal & Power Integrity team, which further grew to use HFSS for designing devices with bounded specs. I also helped in setting up a test lab by doing product research and competitive analysis with the team.

Under my Bachelor's Thesis as RA at SPACE Lab, I worked with ultra-low-power crystal oscillator design for application in IoT devices.

Teaching Assistant for the course Microelectronic Circuits (EEE F244) Working with a team of 9 undergrads, and as the group coordinator for my team, I designed and conducted demo sessions on SPICE simulation techniques, and helped in the evaluation of students’ performances in assignments.

Teaching Assistant for the course Electronic Devices (EEE F214) With a team of 4 undergrads, worked on developing problem sets and answer keys for practice problems based on the Textbook: Solid State Electronic Devices by Ben G. Streetman. Helped a batch of 280 students with the doubts and concepts of electronic devices by keeping regular interactive sessions.

DVM is responsible for creating and maintaining the Websites, Applications (iOS & Android), Teasers, Trailers & Promotional Videos of the three fests of BITS Pilani. I joined as a Motion Graphics Artist in the Video Team, worked in the Executive Committee as Team Coordinator for BOSM (Sports festival of BITS Pilani) and led the team during my senior year in the post-COVID era to restore operations with the junior team.

Astro Club, BITS Pilani's official Astronomy Club, is a group of enthusiasts with a keen interest in astronomy and astrophysics. Students and faculty part of this group work to promote astronomy and spread knowledge among the students of BITS and schools in the neighbouring areas. Astro Club organises night-sky sessions, workshops, quizzes, guest lectures and other astronomy-related activities. I worked with the team to plan, design and create the club’s first newsletter and extended the club's social media presence by creating a LinkedIn and Instagram handle.

Gurukul is BITS Pilani's Music Band, which gives live performances, conducts workshops and creates music covers for the college community. I joined as a Keyboardist and led the band in my senior year. Having performed 15+ songs with the band; participating in Gurukul was immensely educational, as it is here that I got into prog rock and learned the useful technicalities of music.

Worked on The Indian Sky Watch Array Network (SWAN) project led by Raman Research Institute, in the field of Analog components testing and optimization which includes complete simulation and redesign of all the amplifiers and filters present in the system
