As Promoter and Managing Director of SPS Hospitals (a unit of SJS Healthcare Ltd.), I lead at the intersection of healthcare transformation, institutional excellence, and community upliftment. My journey has been about building not just institutions—but ecosystems that heal, educate, and inspire trust. What began six years ago with the revival of a single hospital has grown into a mission: transforming SPS into one of India’s most awarded private healthcare institutions and launching a CBSE-affiliated school for 500+ students—bridging healthcare with holistic learning. My leadership spans vision and execution—from driving NABH Digital GOLD accreditation through advanced EMR systems to strengthening governance, HR, finance, IT, quality, SCM, and compliance. SPS earned Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation within two years—first in Southeast Asia—and has retained it four times, underscoring our commitment to global standards in care and safety.
