I have led teams in high-pressure hydrojetting (up to 40K PSI), heat exchanger cleaning, tank cleaning, pipeline descaling, chemical circulation, flushing, degreasing, and bundle pulling operations. Along with this, I have strong expertise in Industrial Vacuum Services, including solid & sludge removal, catalyst handling, tank bottom cleaning, cesspit cleaning, and waste collection using liquid ring and dry vacuum units. I ensure proper hose connection, suction control, safe dumping procedures, and coordination with waste management teams. I am skilled in job planning, manpower allocation, work permit preparation, equipment setup, hazard identification, and implementing HSE standards like LOTO, confined space safety, and PPE compliance.
