At Providence, I work with the finance and treasury teams to deliver solutions across Oracle Fusion Financial Modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM). My role involves simplifying invoice-to-payment processes, strengthening asset lifecycle management, and making reconciliations smoother. I’ve built cross-module OTBI dashboards and compliance-ready reports that give controllers and auditors better visibility, while also helping streamline SOX/ITGC reviews. Alongside reporting, I configure suppliers, approval workflows, and invoice automation using IDR to reduce manual effort. I stay closely involved during period close and quarterly patch cycles, supporting reconciliations, testing updates, and ensuring reporting remains stable. My favorite part of this role is collaborating with finance leaders to translate their reporting needs into insights that drive faster, more confident decisions.

At Kohl’s, I supported the rollout and stabilization of Oracle Fusion Financial Modules with a focus on GL, AP, FA, and CM. I worked closely with business teams to refine invoice processing, asset capitalization, and retirement workflows. One of the key parts of my role was designing OTBI dashboards, Smart View reports, and BI Publisher outputs that gave executives real-time visibility into AP aging, asset tracking, and supplier KPIs. These insights helped leadership reduce disputes, monitor cash flow, and improve overall cycle times. I also contributed to data migration using FBDI/ADFDI, ensuring accurate invoice and asset transfers, and supported UAT and regression testing to keep financial processes stable during quarterly updates. Working directly with finance and procurement stakeholders, I enjoyed bridging the gap between business requirements and ERP capabilities — especially in areas like payment automation, supplier onboarding, and compliance reporting.

At Infosys, I provided functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.8 Financial Modules (GL, AP, PO, iExpenses) as part of an offshore team supporting a U.S.-based client. My role included assisting with requisition processing, supplier setups, AP validations, and payment creation in the P2P cycle. I also worked with the reporting team to validate BI Publisher outputs for payments and remittances. I collaborated with finance teams during UAT and reconciliations, using SQL to troubleshoot invoice discrepancies and support month-end close activities. This role gave me a strong foundation in EBS financial processes and early exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud through client discussions.

During this early role, I gained exposure to Oracle ERP finance processes across AP, AR, and GL. I assisted consultants with supplier and transaction uploads, executed UAT scripts and regression test packs, and helped validate invoice and supplier data during testing cycles. I also prepared SOPs, training materials, and quick-reference guides to support end-user learning and worked alongside senior consultants in requirement workshops, gaining first-hand experience with Oracle AIM documentation (BR100, MD050) and ERP project standards. This experience gave me a strong foundation in ERP navigation, testing, and documentation — skills that supported my transition into Oracle Financials consulting roles.
