Check all requisitions which come from the store & check all urgent requisitions.  Purchase all kinds of raw materials/spare parts/foil paper/mechanical items/electrical items.  Check previous rate and comparative statement (CS) & collect vendor information on which items are required for purchasing.  Create a short list of pending requisitions and urgent requisitions.  Collect quotations from different suppliers & create a comparative statement.  Ensuring items quality, Make Purchase Order & ensuring proper transport facility.  Purchase all kinds of electrical & electronics items, spare parts, stationery items, etc.  Bill check, Market analysis, Supplier information, Purchase order, make monthly pending item list.  Make a Monthly purchase history statement. (Cash/Credit),Check all electrical and electronics equipment quality, Check MRR report.

 Planning, coordinating and monitoring the work of employees involved in the production, warehousing and distribution of goods  Developing, implementing and managing strategic plans for operational activity with top management  Ensuring utilization of factory capacity considering product mix and raw material availability to meet the marketing demands on time  Monitor the production process of line workers & maintain product hygiene to ensure that all the products meet desired production standards first to last.  To work & monitor helper/laborer day-to-day production works, timely deliver superior instructions & create Line Report.  Assist in the development and management of sales and marketing processes and programs  Performing such other duties and responsibilities whenever assigned by Superior authority.
