As a logistics manager, handling logistics operations. Forecasting, order placing, handling imports, stock movement-In & out, urgent deliveries etc. are a part of daily routine.. Stock movement happens across India to direct customers & distributors as well. Since we deal in medical diagnostic products, emergencies are to be treated with utmost priority. Forecasting & Stock management includes expiry & shelf life calculations. Monthly stocks audits expired stock evaluations helps to keep stock in place. The job also involves maintaining & renewing Form 10 required for medical diagnostics purposes in India, Renewing of SVB certificate as per process, custom SAD refunds etc. Processing & documentation is done in SAP.

As a logistic coordinator with 3rd party logistics company. All the work instruction to be given to the 3PL related to logistics passing through me. To take care of our 56 stores, its inventory & logistics. Also to be involved in a distribution business (150 Distributors) of sports all over India & their sales. Coordinate with brand managers in planning of stores & distribution procurements. Reporting to the CFO directly. Handling daily activity reports like outbound dispatched consignments check till the consignment reached to its destination. Monthly forecast on all the Inward consignments. (Import & Local) Inward tracking report till the stock reached on its location in the warehouse. Performance activity report for each person in the warehouse. Monthly distribution sales report. Monthly Stock transfer report etc.

Handling a team of 35 workers & worked in 24*7 shifts, their roster management, leaves, and Attrition etc. dealing with suppliers for new supplies & their returns. Requirement planning for the next week / Fortnight. Feedback/reporting to the CEO directly. Visit to Chennai as handled Initial setup (As new set up of business in Chennai) for Chennai warehouse & stores.

Coordinating with different functions under the structure to see that workflow is smooth • System Maintenance / Follow-up / Implementation / Improvement • Feedback / reporting to principal company’s logistics head on regular basis ANY MATTER RELATED TO STOCKS LIKE - - Regular receipt of damaged material from other warehouses - Regular receipt of batch variations - Regular receipt of short material from other warehouses - Receipt of old material from customers without proper sanctions/approvals - Receipt of material without RGAR form - Any shortages/Excess in stocks - Non-Receipt of proper acknowledgements from customer/Warehouses - Any Lapses in adhering to set regulations by warehouse staff/sales executives/customers - Excess/Non-moving stocks - Old/Near Expiry stocks - Statement of reimbursable expenses every month for the month in the proper format. (Disbursement Request). • Feedback / reporting to zonal office of C&F, and monthly report to be sent to logistics head; - Any lapses in adhering to set regulations by warehouse staff / sales executives / customers. - Stock report on every SATURDAY for any discrepancies in a stock - Consolidated sales & stock figures at month end for the month in the prescribed format; - Any matters which remains unresolved and which should be brought to the notice of higher authorities of the Principal company - Excess / non-moving stocks - Any operational problems, which remains unresolved at local level - Forwarding checked bills of CHA for import consignments / courier companies for release of payments - Forwarding bills of Reimbursable Expenses incurred at warehouse for principle for filing claim on monthly basis. • Handling Imports with a coordination of our CHA & would keep close liaison with him for early clearance of shipment.
