Coordinating complete import lifecycle: CHA liaison, customs clearance, plant delivery, and documentation closure. Preparing and managing critical documentation including Bills of Entry, End-Use Certificates, NOC, IGCR filings, and E-way bills. Hands-on experience with DGFT, ICEGATE, Trade FTA portal. Managing IDPMS & EDPMS compliance, coordinating with Finance team and Citi Bank for closure and reconciliation. Collaborating with purchase and procurement team for import planning.

Coordinated end-to-end import operations, from liaising with CHA to delivering raw materials to the plant, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries. 4. Prepared and managed essential customs documentation, including Bills of Entry, NOC certificates, and End Use letter, ensuring compliance with Indian port regulations. 5.Leveraged IGST payments and utilized RODTEP scrips against Bills of Entry and IGCR bonds for applicable materials, optimizing cost savings. 6. Collaborated with Suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporter and customs authorities to streamline import operations and resolve issues promptly. 7. Responsible for Duty calculation and payment. 8. Hands on experience in DGFT, ICEGATE, Trade FTA website for COO. 9. Co-ordinating with Finance team as well as Citi bank to resolve the IDPMS, EDPMS issues. 10. Import documentation, checklist approval, Bill of Entry filing, E-way bill and timely and effective co-ordination with CHAs for custom clearance. 11. Managing product-wise freight cost for operational cost review and managing PO for raw materials. 12. Verify and process the payment for CHA, transporter, shipping line and vendors for smooth cost rotation. 13. Collaboration with internal team members and buying team for planning of arrangement of Import shipments from China, Thailand, Taiwan etc. 14. Preferred knowledge of certification like AEO, BIS, PSC, EPR, CDSCO, duty scrips-RoDTEP, ROSCTL, SEIS etc. 15. Preparing Import Costing file for overall EXIM costing of Philips Vadodara plant.

1. Hands on experience in dangerous goods shipments, Tube lights, LED’s, solar lighting products, and batteries. 2. Export supply planning & distribution. 3. Customer order specialist and management as order to cash, Hands on experience in PO management, vendor payment management. 4. Customs & DGFT regulations, various FTP under import duty benefits, and duty saving skills for India and various overseas countries. 5. Advance authorization, EPCG, Duty bond licensing, Export import documentation/ Pre-post shipment documentation. 6. LC documentation- Submission & liaising with Bank for documents payment settlement. 7. Handling of EDPMS & IDPMS queries & resolution for export & import shipments and payment settlement. 8. Knowledge of BRCs for export shipments.
