The RFID +Mobile app integrated cloud solution provides all stakeholders manage their transportation needs of tracking their vehicle efficiently real time. The System provides alerts, push notifications about kids’ safe transition of kids to & fro school by any configured vehicle. Shapron V1 leverages Management, Staff/Teachers, Students, Parents and other non-teaching staff effectively and efficiently track the Vehicles information with a flexible, easy navigation and rich user interface capabilities from various devices like mobile, tablet, and desk top/laptop computer. 2. "e-Health" - It is the IoTreez‘s exclusive hospital management system software provides Facility Management Services to the private clinics of various magnitude (30-100 beds) Private Clinics in multiple states of India. This service include Cloud based software Solution as well as Operational manpower services, Hosting and enterprise applications integration with Drug Procurement & Laboratory Software applications to manage drug inventory as well as Equipment Maintenance & Management Systems. This cloud bases solution being operational with versatile service level agreements across the installations. Complementing the significant stakeholders with a mobile app (Android & iOS) versions for operational service monitoring push notifications in real time and helping the Business with Analytical reports.

* Involved in forming the scrum teams and planning the client deliverables. * Lead Agile Ceremonies including Roadmap Planning, Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Retrospective, and Demos/Reviews. * Setting up Agile best practices and scrum processes for the Product & Client Delivery. * Involved in building Product Management Roadmap & Plan the Client Deliverables. * Create and publish Release Management work flow/ process for Product & Client Delivery. * Helped the organization in implementing DOR/ DOD, process metrics and scrum team’s sprint dash boards & Customized JIRA metrics. * Define the process for handling Client Implementations & Product Management activities. * Coach and enable Scrum teams and Product owners to bring in Agile maturity in the organization. * Support the Product Owners in managing customer expectations for project deliverables. * Supported vendor management activities for external vendors like HCL. * Responsible for Product & Client releases quarterly.
