Acted as an In-House Functional ERP Consultant, supporting daily ERP operations and business processes across departments. Collected, analyzed, and translated business requirements into ERP functional solutions within the Monitor ERP system. Worked closely with end users, management, and technical teams to ensure ERP workflows aligned with operational needs. Assisted in ERP system configuration, especially e-invoice configuration and testing. Conducted training to internal consultant, support and programmers teams. Prepared user guides, SOPs, and training materials, and conducted end-user training sessions. Supported ERP implementation / enhancement projects, including data migration, testing, and go-live support.

Implementing, optimizing, and managing Monitor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to improve an organization’s business processes. Needs Assessment: Analyzing business operations and identifying gaps or inefficiencies that can be addressed through an ERP system. System Implementation: Overseeing the setup, customization, and integration of ERP solutions tailored to the business's needs. Training and Support: Providing training to customer and ongoing support to ensure effective use of the ERP system. Process Optimization: Streamlining workflows and ensuring ERP system aligns with business goals. Project Management: Coordinating with teams across departments to ensure timely delivery of ERP projects within budget. Technical Liaison: Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Resolving client issues and requirement • Handles technical development on any new requirements / enhancements, provide effort estimation and quality assurance (C#, MYSQL, PLSQL) • Documenting processes and application instructions, supporting and troubleshooting ERP software issues

• Planning and managing implementation of software solutions for clients • Performing customization into Accounting and Payroll applications and reports requested by clients (using Delphi and MySQL). • Presales demo setup and functional consultation to integrate enterprise software applications into different business flow • Roll out onsite or in-house training to end users and dealers • Provide support to end users in troubleshooting technical problems and functional issues • To assist in the creation and updating of user guides, training materials and any others required documentations • Knowledgeable in various business process including Financial, Sales, Purchase and Inventory. • Coordinating with other consultants in order to find more suitable solutions to fit customer’s needs

• Involve in full cycle of ERP Project Implementation, such as Requirement Study, Configuration Requirement Setting, and User Acceptance Test. • Work with clients to identify key business requirements priorities and product timelines. • Work closely with support and programmer team member to provide support and solve technical and ERP application problems faced by clients. • Work with Developer team to design and test customized solutions based on customer requirements • Providing user manual on system features to end user.
