Working as a project engineer with Saudi Aramco - Community Services Technical Support Department (CSTSD). • Developing project phases and conception (initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project closing). • Establishing specifications with different problem solving approaches mainly with design thinking approach for projects, based on a thorough review of performance standards, customer requirements, and product design with reviewing project proposals and plans to develop project objectives with manhours calculation. • Handling the implementation of renewable and sustainable technologies that are integrated with mechanical systems. • Working with multiple engineering groups such as instrumentation that interfere with mechanical equipment to be automated and monitored (DDC, Input output point, pressure sensor temperature sensor, and MOVs. • Supervised construction and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

• Designing a cooling system by conducting cooling load calculation, duct sizing, and selecting HVAC equipment (diffusers, VAVs, etc.). • Selecting and replacing pumps, chillers, compressors, valves, according to SAES-K001, K100 and ASHRAE for several projects. • Preparing IFC, IFB packages to be delivered to the client that include scope of work with its related detailed drawings for execution.

Worked as a MEP engineer in SPARK, handed the following project: Schlumberger Manufacturing Center, Halliburton Manufacturing Center, and SAWAFI Borets. • Designed and selected the AHU and Chillers with ductwork according to ASHRAE standard for Halliburton and Schlumberger projects. • Designed the compressed air system (Sizing, selection) for SAWAFI Borets project. • Worked on engineering drawings such as SHD, P&ID, isometric, and As- Built. • Prepared the paperwork such as RFI, RFQ, and MRS.

Assigned at Hawiyah Natural Gas Liquification Plant with specialist unit particularly with static equipment. • Prepared methods to fix pinhole in the steam pipes in utility unit. • Performed engineering calculations (pipe wall thickness) to ensure it will sustain the stress. • Inspected several plant equipment for damage/leakage during shut-down period. • Designed a water tank station by calculating the pipe loss (Major and Minor) using Energy Equation. • Exposed to the management system, standards, and paperwork such as MOCs, EJR , SAES, SAEP, SAES-L-105, and SAER.
