Manage a team of 25-30 employees. Open and close a multi-million dollar restaurant. While waiting I serve anywhere from 5-20 tables a night. Am responsible for opening and closing side work as well as money management.

Acted as team captain in our 2013 Virtual Design and Construction team from Newschool of Architecture and Design. Tasked with learning Revit 2012/2013, Navisworks, and Vico Office. My role was to delegate task, quality control the process and deliverables, and manage the time. We were successful in our first appearance ever, and took 1st place in the VDC problem sponsored by Webcor builders.

* Assisted in developing organized and presentable spreadsheets comparing bids. * Stayed on site with Project Manager and attend meetings twice a week. * Took meeting minutes and typed them for documentation. * Performed structural walkthrough with Framing Subcontractor to confirm work in place was complete and noted any missing scope. * Helped clean up the sites from debris and kept site organized.

As Project Engineer, I am responsible for document management, field coordination, and material tracking, among other tasks. Some notable accomplishments during my tenure as Project Engineer are developing a material tracking log which enhanced management of material procurement and tracking, successfully completing a LEED Gold Project, and relocating for 8 months to Massachusetts for a Data Center build in the middle of winter. Completed a 27,000 s.f. Fitness Facility for Mesa Community College. Currently working on the Southwestern College Wellness and Aquatics Complex.
