Develop visual concepts and execute creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online activations. Support the Creative Director to ensure all creative assets are consistent with O Boticário brand identity, values, and strategic objectives. Partner closely with copywriters, designers, performance marketers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into visually compelling campaigns. Support the production process by coordinating with external vendors, photographers, and videographers as needed. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas and keep O Boticário's creative output competitive. Provide insights and creative solutions to enhance customer engagement and drive measurable results.

Independent Art Director since 2018, specializing in scenographic art direction, branding, visual identity, digital content, and strategic brand positioning. Worked with major brands such as Natura, O Boticário, Lojas Renner, Youcom, Camicado, Itaú, and Ifood. Created impactful visual assets, including social media graphics, illustrations, and high-quality visual storytelling aligned with brand aesthetics. Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring efficient project management and outstanding client results.

Designed social media content for Natura at LIVE the Agency, shaping visuals from concept to execution. Collaborated with copywriters to develop engaging post layouts and storytelling. Led art direction for photoshoots, providing creative guidance and design references.

Designed digital marketing campaigns that balanced aesthetics with brand messaging. Collaborated with the creative team to develop engaging concepts for various campaigns. Ensured brand consistency across all digital assets, aligning with voice and style guidelines. Created visuals for multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, websites, and digital ads. Used Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects to design and edit graphics, images, and videos.

Led the creation and direction of graphic and visual content for Lojas Renner’s social media and digital channels. Developed layout directions and visual guidelines for consistency across teams. Designed artwork for both print and digital platforms. Collaborated with other art directors to ensure cohesive brand execution.

Developed marketing campaigns to promote the Noize Record Club. Led creative and artistic direction for Revista Noize, working on editions featuring artists like Paralamas do Sucesso, Baiana System, Letrux, Tim Bernardes, and Xênia França. Designed key visuals and always-on content for Noize Fuzz clients. Collaborated with major brands, including Warner Music, Avon, Guaraná, Skol, and Mars Group (Pedigree, Whiskas, M&Ms). Directed layouts and visual storytelling, ensuring cohesive and impactful brand communication.

Assisted in the development of visual identities, branding, stationery and packaging for clients from different areas - participating in the project from the first brainstorm meetings until the presentation of the final project to the client. Assisted in closing files for printing.

As a junior web designer I was responsible for developing the layout of landing pages and email marketing, organizing files in a way that facilitated the developers' work, interpreting briefings and looking for visual references.
