I own and operate four food trucks/mobile catering units in Ottawa, ON. I began my food truck journey in 2009 and am proud to say that Golden Fries is the largest and fastest growing food truck chain in Ottawa! I have an extensive background in the restaurant industry and a passion for building and creating. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and volunteering to help find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. I was awarded the Youth Achievement Award in both 2002 and 2003 by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - Ottawa Chapter for my fundraising efforts. These days, Golden Fries caters the annual Great Strides to Cure CF walk, feeding over 300 guests a hot meal in under an hour. Experience: 16+ years of management experience 14+ years of small business management 10+ years in event management and planning 4+ years of food truck consulting, with a focus on technical aspects 6+ years of building food trucks
