Take full accountability for regional sales performance, market expansion and brand cultivation. Focus on core tasks based on regional characteristics to promote product implementation and market share growth, so as to achieve the company's business objectives. 1. Market Overview Control: Analyze regional characteristics, grasp the key features of PV energy storage in the Middle East, energy transition in Central Asia and distributed PV in Thailand, closely monitor relevant policies and product certifications, and avoid trade barriers effectively. 2. Market Development & Channels: Develop core customers, establish a diversified channel system integrating direct sales, distribution and strategic cooperation, and promote market penetration as well as customer retention. 3. Product Trend Adaptation: Track regional product technology trends and market demands, promote product adaptation, provide feedback to the R&D department, and build differentiated competitiveness. 4. Team & Performance Management: Build and manage the regional sales team, formulate assessment mechanisms, decompose sales indicators, review performance deviations, and ensure the achievement of performance targets. 5. Internal & External Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments of the company to provide customized solutions, maintain regional resources, handle customer disputes properly, and ensure smooth project implementation.
