Key Responsibilities: Variation Orders (VO) & BOQ Coordination: Led technical meetings with project consultants and stakeholders to discuss, justify, and finalize Variation Orders and BOQ amendments. MEP Quantity Surveying (MEP): Performed detailed quantity take-offs and material measurements directly from AutoCAD and technical drawings for all MEP systems.
