Managed the afternoon shift production team during closure of the Liquids facility at the Clayton site and then the dayshift production team throughout the construction and commissioning of the new liquids facility at Dandenong site.

Managed the afternoon shift liquid facility production team manufacturing liquid pharmaceutical products.

Managing production teams to produce confectionery products. Scope of team included both the manufacturing and wrapping processes (assortments department) and (flake and twirl departments).

Contracted to implement HACCP into the Assortments Department Claremont Tasmania.

Quality Assurance testing and monitoring of beverage bottling lines.

Laboratory testing both microbiological and chemical of dairy products - cheddar cheeses and dried milk powders.

Endeavour Foundation began when a group of parents joined together to provide an education for their children with a disability, unwilling to accept the limitations placed upon them by society.Today Endeavour Foundation is a diverse community organisation providing person-centred support for people with a disability as part of the everyday community – through education, training and lifeskill development, employment, accommodation support, respite and recreation. We exist to support the choices of an ordinary life for people with a disability.
