I am responsible for the areas of: 1. Importation of Final Assembled Products and Raw Materials, with 2 offices and 50 workers there responsible for the Quality Inspection, products development and improvements, follow-up of orders, shipments and cost redution strategies. In Brazil, the foreign trade area includes more 18 workers located in SP, BA, AM and SC responsible to make orders, negotiate international and local freights, warehouse costs, follow-up of shipments and also make the Customs Clearence. Other 40 workers distributed in shifts make the quality inspection of imported products and materials and eventual rework in the Plant Units located in BA, AM and SC. 2. I am responsible for the Products Development - we do new designs of products, suggest new launchings or substitution of in average 40 products per year in the areas of Home Appliances, Beauty Care for Male and Females, Audio and Video, Informatic and Powre Tools under Mondial brand, Office Accessories under MOVITEC brand, Gamer products under X-ZONE vrand and baby products under BEBELIÊ brand. 3. Products and Quality Engineering - Dedicated team for product development, certification and tests that work together with Development Product department which work on new developments and improvements of all products in line. 4. Manaus Plant - Factory with 540 workers dedicated to produce TV, Micro Wave Oven, Radios, Trolley Speakers, Tablets. 5. Araguari Plant - Import Company with 80 workers where we receive the imported products and distribute them to South, Southeast and Central West of Brazil.

I started as Engineer of Motor Developents and promoted to Production Manager and later to Engineering Product Manager. I was responsible for the development of the line of Home Appliances initially started with Fans, Box Fans and later with Blenders and various others imported products. I worked also on the transfer of the factory from São Paulo to Ceará due to local Tax Benefits. I decided and purchase a complete production line of Unviersal Motors for Blenders and other for Fan Motors with strong cost reduction and Investments of around US$ 5 Million.

I started as Trainee and become Electrical Motor Engineer projectist. I also development computer programs to automate some engineering jobs using Microcomputers, also did and Single Phase Motor Manual to train the After-Sales Services offices. I participate also in the development of the High Efficiency Electrical Motor line. I worked directly on the development of several electrical motors for the White Line of goods for our customers.
