Maintenance: • Management of the company’s maintenance technicians. • Identifying and upskilling staff. • Creating and implementing efficient systems such as a maintenance app and weekly reporting system. • Inventory Management for high value specialized spares and parts. • Generator service and fuel management, Overseeing the backup power. • Ensuring equipment compliance and function to a very high standard. • Outsourcing of Vendors and Sub-Contractors.

Oversight of the 650 000ha Kasempa-Lunga Luswishi Hunting Block in Northwestern Zambia. • Developing a financially sustainable Safari Hunting Business that is currently being used. • Achieved the highest scoring Safari Operator assessment in the country with the Ministry of Tourism in 2022 and 2023. • Annual Budgeting for Capex and Opex. Monitoring of expenditure. • License Procurement and obtaining planning permissions from various councils and Government Departments. • Developing and successfully Marketing Safari Hunting Packages. • Overseeing Game Counts and setting sustainable hunting quotas with the Department of National Parks and Wildlife • Maintaining relationships with The Ministry of Tourism and Department of National Parks through • Working closely with local communities and traditional leaders for livelihood improvement and sustainable agricultural projects. • Management of tractors and road opening implements for the opening and maintenance of over 800km of roads. • Management of various skilled staff. Up to 80 employees.

Managing the Mwanya Hunting Concession during the final year of my Professional Hunters Apprenticeship. • Building and running two seasonal safari hunting camps. • Managing Chefs and safari staff for both camps. • Arranging Client Logistics via road and charter. • Management of camp consumables/inventory. • Overseeing the distribution of funds and meat to the local communities in the area. • Resolving Human Wildlife Conflict. Professional Hunters Apprenticeship I completed my three-year Apprenticeship after successfully passing both my theory and practical exams. Having gained vast hunting experience in the Lower Lupande, Mwanya, Chikwa, Mufunta, Nyaminga, West Petauke, Nyamvu and Bangwealu Hunting Areas under esteemed Professionals such as Peter Chipman, Werner van Noordwyk, Russell Tarr and the late Greg Michelson.
