Responsible for ensuring accuracy of all marine and truck orders. Confirm cargos and quantities with vessel agents; check rotations and vessel etas for all marine movements. Coordinate special instructions for all marine vessel loadings at all locations (1-Celanese & 5 Contract terminal locations). Coordinate traffic/dock availability for barges, vessels and trucks in and out of the facility. Coordinate and negotiate thru put costs for offsite lifting. Work directly with Corporate Order Management and Measurements group of contracted Carriers. SAP entries of shipments, receipts, transfers, production and adjustments, verification of numbers with surveyors. Enter orders into SAP For internal pipeline and barge movements. SAP Super user. Research and approve demurrage invoices for truck and vessel movements. On call 24/7 for inquires regarding SAP and customer issues, vessel issues on cargo loadings/discharges.
