Responsible for oversight of corporate projects, leading a corporate initiative of a new software platform to centralize all mental health, employee assistance, disability management, and workers competition programs. Key senior leader that is a liaison between the Business and Technology departments to understand system enhancements, user acceptance testing and defects, deployments, and product implementation.

Principal stakeholder in implementing a key and highly ranked program in Canada and the US. This specialized program “internet cognitive behavioural therapy” was granted funding by the Canadian provincial governments during the pandemic. Responsible for oversight of operational and client service delivery teams for consultations and overall governance. Accountable for referral volumes, overall revenue and key service level metrics.

Responsible for the oversight of multiple national teams who facilitate a vast variety of services, including Ergonomic, IME Services, Rehab, Influence Care to help with Mental Health concerns, return to work facilitation, billing, reporting, payroll services and technology infrastructure. Responsible for oversight of the operations team that executes User Acceptance Testing and Implementation. For new product development, accountable for the development of products, from the initial product development stages to culmination and the successful oversight of products into the operations stage.

Responsible for managing a large team of nurses in different countries around the world coaching and advisory services and programs for clients and their employees, centered around Healthy Living. Responsible for planning, scheduling and controlling all project activities toward these objectives, applying technical, theoretical and managerial skills to satisfy project requirements,
