With over 15 years of work experience in the legal and financial sectors, I am a partner at JunHe LLP. I specialize in digital asset and derivatives. I act for leading crypto exchanges, crypto financial service companies, web3 start-ups, crypto VC funds, payment companies and derivatives houses, providing them with cutting-edge legal advice and solutions.Prior to joining JunHe LLP, I was a structurer at Societe Generale, where I was part of the Greater China Cross-Asset Structuring Group.
