Samuel Guì Yang is a designer label with roots in both London and Shanghai. By mixing and merging Chinese and western codes and historic and contemporary references, they embody a language with strong character and a sense of mystery. As a part of the team, I deliver styling advice on frames and lens selection based on one’s needs and style. Other than that, I also participated in the administration works including updating back office system to keep information accurate, scheduling weekly appointments, stocks management, organising delivery and samples in store as well as assisting the visual display to achieve a better shopping experience and sale’s performance. Furthermore, I am also experienced in preparing sales reports on daily basis to communicate with the managing and sales team.

Providing customer service like styling suggestion, introducing knowledge about the products like material, fitting and garment care. Pursuing team work with team members from worldwide to achieve the sales target.

Within the year of research about feminism and patriarchal so as to create the collection and label JACL to emphasise the beauty between contradictions and embracing the power within softness.

The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) offers a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Scheme in Fashion & Textiles, designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and skills in the field of fashion and textiles. The program covers various aspects including design, production, marketing, and management within the fashion industry. Students engage in practical projects, workshops, and internships to gain hands-on experience and industry insights. The curriculum emphasises creativity, innovation, and sustainability in fashion design and textile development. Graduates are equipped to pursue careers in fashion design, textile engineering, merchandising, retail management, and related fields, both locally and internationally.
