* Contact customer and set up good relation-ship, maintain business * Follow up new model and feedback the requirement to R&D * Coordinate with related departments and make sure delivery goods on time

* Coordinate order status/material information * Work with internal system to do order input * Coordinate project between R&D and factory * Coordinate shipment arrangement/quotation update

* 1. Coordinate order input/material status/shipment arrangement/quotation update/running project coordination * 2. Setup meeting with related departments once award a new project (Eng, Sourcing, PUR, QA, Prod, IQC, etc) * 3. Coordinate any technical and non-technical issue related to the new project between other departments & customer * 4. Learn work flow from R&D to Sales/Warehouse/Shipping area; be able to offer assistance to Sales/Warehouse/Shipping staff as required. * 5. Attend trade shows periodically to learn competitor situations as well as gather components information * 6. Manage supplier information * 7. Confirm model, price, features, issue order * 8. Work with QC to check factory & products quality * 9. Make exporting documents * 10. Coordinate factories, forwarder & transport department and Arrange shipment

* Supervise order status, logistics and shipment * Setup meeting with related departments once award a new project (Eng, Sourcing, PUR, QA, Prod, IQC, etc) * Coordinate the new project progress & project plan with other departments & customer * Search vendors and finalize the spec. * Coordinate R&D schedule. * Coordinate any technical and non-technical issue related to the new project between other departments & customer * Supervise manufacturing partners for incoming component inspections and monitoring statuses, and including components ordering/lead-time, checking IQC reporting, inventory level
