Role & Responsibilities: •Took on a wide range of responsibilities demonstrating versatility, adaptability, and a willingness to help teach and improve the people around me. •Conducted detailed estimations and managed tool assets to support project needs. •Prepared, reviewed, and analyzed data for sanitary fixtures and sample submissions. •Managed hydraulic packages and selected appropriate valves, including PRVs and TMVs, across multiple projects. •Used software such as Bluebeam (Revu) to improve efficiency and ensure timely task completion. •Managed project variations and completed quote comparisons for plant and equipment. •Coordinated closely with pump suppliers to provide necessary data for domestic hot and cold-water booster package selections. •Addressed subcontractor claims and supported communication between teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. Prior to my transition into a Project Coordinator role at Planet Plumbing, I gained substantial practical experience while serving as a Leading Plumber during the extensive renovation of the Carlton Football Stadium. Project and Material Management: Proactively managing material logistics well in advance to maintain uninterrupted workflow and ensure plumbers are consistently supplied with the correct materials. Team and Builder Relations: Cultivating strong relationships with the building team and plumbers. This involves keeping trades happy through clean, constant work and leveraging strong connections with the builder to keep all jobs on schedule. Problem Solving: Approaching challenges with a positive, solution-focused attitude to effectively resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
