Implemented 3D Gaussian Splat model support in Kartroium's THREE.js-based standard scenes and virtual tours, enabling upload, validation, rendering, annotation, and editing of 3DGS models and features. Engineered backend-to-frontend vector tile pipeline to improve Map Scene scalability in Kartorium’s Mapbox-based Map Scenes. Additionally, identified and removed redundant loading logic, significantly improving Map Scene performance. Implemented CAD model support in Kartorium’s THREE.js-based standard scenes and virtual tours, enabling upload, validation, rendering, annotation, and editing of STL and DXF models and features. Redesigned the undo/redo system by tracking and reverting changes at the property level, preventing unrelated data overwrites. Performed code review and QA for bug fixes and new features.

Completed intensive full-stack training in TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Angular, developing a fully functional web application within two weeks—earning recognition as the fastest intern to complete training in the company’s history. Designed and integrated a new data type and structure, modifying existing code across the frontend, backend, and database to ensure end-to-end compatibility. Collaborated with a small team of developers in two-week sprint cycles, effectively utilizing Git and GitHub for version control, branch management, pull requests, and resolving merge conflicts while adhering to code review and release processes. Enhanced the user experience through tasks such as bug fixes, quality-of-life features for viewing and managing large data, and streamlining the subscription process. Built a game-hosting platform, enabling users to input and manage game metadata (titles, image URLs, and game links). Engaged in weekly one-on-one mentoring sessions with Kartorium developers to receive feedback, discuss technical challenges, and iteratively enhance the application’s features and overall quality. Presented prototypes to the Kartorium CEO and implemented adjustments based on his feedback, ensuring the application aligned with his expectations and successfully met project goals.
