Familiar with high precision semiconductor etching equipment,coordinate cross module lean production project kick off and ramp up. 1.Overall responsibility for total 4 kinds of models, 46 sets dry etching equipment for the effective production time. Base on the production line of sigma +-3 real-time monitor system data, can quickly determine the failure of its abnormal conditions. 2.Collaborate manufacturing department staff daily operation efficiency promotion, from a historical product scrap report analysis and personnel related operational mistake, summarizes the current engineering process system vulnerability 3.Leading department safety, environment, health centralized management, responsible for clean room machine safety, personnel security, and environmental protection. Focus on fire, overheating, odor events emergency treatment and prevention measures, and organize equipment engineer review incident meetings, and co work with the vendors and senior engineers review machine hardware transformation, upgrade, remove. 4.Lead production line real-time monitoring system 6Sigma concept introduction and production. As ISO / TS16949 internal auditor, base on IT department large data management and analysis techniques, quickly and accurately find out discrete data. 5.Responsible for management training plan and lead the new engineer general education, enhance their professional skills, communication skills, common sense, the rapid integration into the team of engineers
