 Maintains inventory levels of hundreds of machine parts and tools and performs cycle counts monthly.  Streamlines shipments daily through SAP platform while tracking ongoing projects throughout the plant.  Manages bulk ingredient inventory and maintains various spreadsheets and reports to ensure accuracy.  Completes financial adjustments involving concentrate and sweeteners on hand and collaborates effectively across departments to verify inventory for production.

 Developed a team of 10-12 blenders focusing on minimizing errors and streamlining blending process.  Identified staffing opportunities based on production need based on a deep understanding of production flow.  Optimized inventory using SAP and completed weekly and monthly ingredient and inventory reconciliation.  Assisted in planning and executing the weekly production schedule based on materials available, ensuring output aligned with demand requirements while ensuring compliance with all Specialty, Medical and Food Gas Standard Operating Procedures.

 Trained on four blend systems, completing blending tasks while minimizing changeover downtime to optimize run quantities.

As one of two people running the sports section, I cover most sports seven high schools as well as a NAIA college. I write features, breaking news and game coverage as well as produce videos and shoot pictures when needed. I also am proficient in InDesign and layout our sports page once a week.
