I love to make things better. Whether that's at home with my family, car, workshop, garden, or bookshelf, at work with a project I'm working on, relationships with my co-workers, or increasing collaboration with other departments, at church, in my community - the goal is always the same. Make the world a better place in some way. My world, your world, it's all the same world. As a logistician and supply chain manager I love to add simplicity and resiliency. Redundancy where appropriate, and always with a view to the long game - an ounce of prevention is, as they say, worth a pound of cure - or more. I firmly believe that the more I help those around me grow, the more I will grow and the place we are will flourish. I do not believe in change for the sake of change, but I also don't believe in doing something a certain way just because that's how it's always been done. To this end, I'm passionate about understanding not only the how, but also the why. I'm not afraid to ask questions, or to ask for help - and helping others is passion.
